Hi, I’m Liska , and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, and explore what’s ready to shift. Breathwork has been a powerful part of my own journey, and I’m honoured to share this practice with you at Silver Skies 2025.

Hi, I’m Louise.
I’m a certified life coach, and I support people navigating chronic illness, ADHD, and mental health challenges. My approach is real, down-to-earth, and rooted in compassion, clarity, and humour. I believe in real coaching for real life — no pressure, no fluff, just practical support to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life that actually works for you. I’m also a mindfulness nerd, a dog mum, and no stranger to life’s curveballs, so everything I do comes from lived experience as well as training. I’m honoured to share this practice with you at Silver Skies 2025.

Is This Breathwork Session Right for You?
While breathwork can be a powerful and supportive practice, it is not suitable for everyone. Please read the following carefully before deciding to take part.
This session may not be suitable for you if you:
Are pregnant
Have a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina, heart attack, high blood pressure, or stroke
Have severe asthma (mild to moderate asthma may be okay, but please bring your inhaler)
Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
Experience severe psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis
Have recent significant physical injuries or surgeries
Are currently taking medication that significantly alters brain chemistry (please consult your doctor first)

Breathwork can bring up intense physical, emotional, or energetic experiences.
If you are unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you, please speak to your healthcare provider before participating.
You are always in control and can choose to return to a gentle breathing rhythm or stop at any time.
Your safety and wellbeing are the priority. If any of these contraindications apply, it may be best to sit this one out or choose a gentler breath-based practice.
